I have found a renewed energy to better myself and push myself to achieve new personal and professional goals since starting my Bullet Journal (you can read about that here). Part of this push has been from joining a Facebook group devoted to those that Bullet Journal. The group is filled with people all striving to be more organized and achieve their goals by using challenges. It is an amazing resource and also a huge motivation.
One of the group members shared a challenge called 30 Day Push Goal Challenge by Chalene Johnson. I was immediately interested because I have done Chalene’s TurboFire workout and love it. I didn’t even know that she did anything besides fitness instruction!
I signed up for the 30 Day Push Challenge which is a free challenge where you receive access to a new video each day for 30 days. Each video helps you learn to set and achieve goals and provides “homework” to encourage you to implement what you learn into your everyday routine.
I will admit that I have missed some of the homework and slacked off a bit. But…I am planning to go through the whole challenge again starting in January! That is the benefit of a free challenge.
Even with slacking off, I have learned a lot and gotten some great ideas to boost my productivity and accomplish my goals. I have also added Chalene Johnson’s book PUSH: 30 Days to Turbocharged Habits, a Bangin’ Body, and the Life You Deserve! to my 2016 reading list along with a couple books she talks about in the videos.
I am on my way to being the best version of me, and I love it!!
